Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology for well-being that helps your body stay fit, your mind present and your spirit strong.


This yoga includes:

  • Yogic postures that strengthen your body and make you more flexible

    cobra posture

  • Yogic breathing techniques to balance the mind and invigorate your body


  • Mudras – your hands and fingers are held in certain positions that has an effect on your mood and brain activity


  • Chanting – all the mantras we use are ancient Indian Sanskrit mantras which have a been tested and used for thousands of years. Chanting helps releasing blocks in the throat chakra and has many other positive effects as we work with the beautiful sound current.

  • Meditation – this is the time for YOU. Through meditation we can connect to our higher guidance system that helps us follow our true purpose in life. Leave all your problems behind the door as you walk into the class. You can always pick them up after. A lot of people say that they find it hard to meditate and I understand that. Our lives can be so incredibly busy and stressful sometimes. In the class, I hold a space for us while we meditate as well as guide you. It is also much easier to meditate in a group of people because the energy is amplified.
