Advice before coming to the class
What to bring?
Pleases bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and blanket to cover yourself during deep relaxation.
Can I eat before the class?
It’s best not to eat at least three hours before coming to a yoga class. If you’re hungry, it might work to have a light snack such as fruit that will digest quickly.
What to wear?
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can easily move and breath in.
How long is the class?
The class is 90 minutes. This includes a warm up, kriya (a set of different yogic exercises), meditation and deep relaxation.
What time to arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class to allow time for settling down.
